been eating too much these two days. but yumsssss! (((:

yesterday,

had funky curry for lunch with jia shen, teck wei, khai shien and yao yun.

one meat one vege curry for $9.

after that had one passionfruit macaroons from lindt and then a cup of taiwan mango QQ from chatime. then went to yao yun's and monopoly dealed.

ended up being home about 745pm. then spent the night doing assignments and watching pretty little liars. plus went a little emofied last night. only god knows why.

today,

met up the same bunch again for brunch! more like going for an aussie style breakfast which is super duper yummy and awesome! and i absolutely loveeeee aussie breakfast!

went to Mart. i've always wanted to try this place. and its totally awesome!

its a tram stop on the Route 96. mart is the opposite of tram (:

i had the free range scrambled eggs with chives, shaved parmesan, truffle oil, mushrooms and sauteed spinach.

it was sooo good!! i loved it!! tho it cost me like $17.90 but worth every penny. i was so happy and satisfied after that. hehe

yao yun's poached eggs with smoked salmon, creme fraiche, fresh spinach, red onion caper and dill salsa. this was good too!

teck wei and jia shen both had the scotch fillet steak sandwich.

and khai shien's toasted chicken pide.

i don't have fancy fancy ingredients listed for the last two because i didn't take the back of the menu to recall what is in it. eheh

it was pricey but i loved it so much! can i make a habit of trying out different cafes for their food at least once a month? =DD

after being satisfied, we went over to st kilda and walked to the pier, had a look at one penguin and just walking along the beach. since khai shien and teck wei both haven't been there.

managed to walked around and digest our food a lil which we then headed for fish and chips on acland street.

two of this fish pack, $7.90 each and another two fillets of the fish of the day, $5.20 each.

i don't think the fish and chips ever tasted this good like today. out of all the times i've been to this shop, today's fish tasted exceptionally good. it was cooked to perfection! just nicely done. not too cook and not rare. yummmms!

and i think the seasoning on top made it better too. omaiii i wanna eat somemore naoo..):

then we hopped on the tram and headed back out to the city and went to yao yun's and just hang around. painted my nails dark dark purple, watched and heard the guys played mahjong on their phone, monopoly dealed two rounds and learnt a new term for something i've never heard ever. ahah

headed home after and was home by 715pm.

just cleaned up my room and cleaned up my mac. now off to series!

omaiii i am still so full from all the food just now. and i am not even planning on eating anything for dinner. so full but yet craving for all sorts of food nao =DD hehehe

hello!

so now, already hit the big Two Zero. a new decade to have some more challenging and new experiences in life. we shall see how that turns out..

the celebration? just a simple dinner with a bunch of close friend and a restaurant on one of the locations i love in melbourne plus am craving for their seafood pizza. so yes... quite something for me.

dinner was at Rococo, St Kilda. reservation for 6 (:

this is an old picture, but just to recall back how awesome the seafood pizza looks! =D

worth every penny in my opinion. (:

that night we were all too hungry plus the place had this ambience thingy going on so it was kinda dark thus no food pictures at all..

we had 4 dishes. umm one salad, two pizza and one pasta to feed the 6 of us. i would say i just merely touch the almost full level. don't think the boys was full tho. but i enjoyed the food anyhow!

was trying to get a proper picture. and these two started umm... don't know what were they up to.

finally... haha!

i was treated with dinner and had two presents to go home with. so yea.. pretty fruitful i would say?

then we headed to cafe grecos on chapel street. had my favourite mud cake! it wasn't up to standard, but i still loved it!

parted ways from south yarra. i went back to clayton with the boys. and the girls headed back down to the city.

wrapped up the night by playing mahjong with teck wei and khai shien which i was the big loser.. ): hehe

but all in all, it was a fine day :DD

thank YOU all for the wishes! mum called and mailed me a card. called my grandfather instead cause it would be more convenient for him and one call from fei lin in malaysia, one from perth and the text messages, whatsapps and facebook and recently, skype. hehe thank youuuu! lovessss ((:

and today, back to class. and now, start assignment. i was caught up with nikita the whole afternoon since i got back from uni. and slept. hehe

okay got to go. me no likey assignments.

ended up my heading out was for the weekend. ahah

went to chaddy for movie with teck wei yesterday. for kungfu panda ((:

it was not bad? funny some parts but storyline abit um... not as interesting.

and.... baby po is sho sho cuteeeeee!

i went all awww in the cinema during this scene. hehe =D

hmm.. watching movie had always been our thing. i can't remember how many movies we watched together already. it was how things started anyways.. =P

after movie, we went for lunch. wanted to eat something new but ended up going back to the same old food court again cause he wanted his kfc. ahah

and i tried their indian food there. $7.80

neh.. i don't like the tandori chicken.... its like not cook or something. but the chicken tikka masala was not bad..

then went walking around chaddy. go see see look look. and about 5pm? left chaddy and headed back to MA.

which i then later decided to stay eventho i didn't bring any clothes to change. ahah i wasn't really planning on staying at the start tho everyone knew i already would before i even decided. ahah

cooked yee mee in tom yum soup again for dinner.

and then had jia shen over to play mahjong along with khai shien. i think mahjong session lasted till about 1 plus.

i was fast asleep by 3am i think while watching hot shot. i couldn't even finish the first episode and i've already fell asleep with the earphones in my ears. hehe

woke up so late today.. had two packets of indomie for lunch. then sat down and watched the adjustment bureau.

i quite like it.

i like the concept of it. pretty cool! ahah

and left MA about 6pm? home almost 2 hours after that. and aunty D left me some dinner.

pan fried salmon with vegies and cous cous.

me likey cous cous. plus i love aunty D's salmon. but i prefer eating it right off the pan. once it has been kept, doesn't taste as nice already..

then was watching harry potter's part 1 of deathly hallows again with aunty D. since i think i might be catching the second part next week, i might as well get my memory refreshed before watching it.

now.. hmm.. maybe gilmore girls? or nikita? or sleep? ahah shall see how..

ni hao!

today wasn't like any other ordinary fridays. because i don't usually stay home on fridays. i think out of all the fridays since i got back to melbourne this year, i've only been home twice. which today was the second time. hehe =P

had a wake up call at 12pm as promise and then reheated some laksa which aunty D cooked i don't know when and had it for lunch. eventho it was kuey teow or i would say hor fun, which i won't choose if i had a choice with laksa but there really isn't much to munch on for lunch at home already. haha

but turns out aunty D just told me that there were some quiches in the freezer. hehehehe

did my assignment till about 4pm? then been watching nikita and gilmore girls since then till now. and will continue watching after this too.

i am kinda sad that i am watching the last season already. i really like the show. everything is so quirky and cute and fun. and the whole mother daughter bonding thing is really cool.

not bad for that 5 episodes i've watched. tho it can be better. but its just the first season anyways. i shall watch on and see. but i know most of you who knows me, will know there has to be a hot guy in it for me to blog and talk about =D

and... omaii shane west? looks older, manlier, sexier than when he was in a walk to remember. i mean he is much badder in nikita. well at least the look he is going for in the show. haha!

series makes me happy. as much as how games makes a guy happy. kills my time and keeps me occupied and its addictive for me. haha.. at least my guy friends, they mostly love their games. so yes, metaphorically speaking, series is my games in a guy's term. (:

okie.. i shall resume to my shows.

should be heading out for movie tomorrow. and prolly the whole day. =D

helowww!

happy belated birthday to my two very much missed cousin brothers! (forgot to post it up yesterday..hehe)

woke up at 9 something today and headed back to uni because i needed to make some amendments with my subjects next semester. so went back and met up my coordinator. instead of taking 4 hard subjects which i been hearing from past students, now i am taking 3 hard and 1 not so hard. which is networking and online games.

when i was telling the boys just now they were all excited saying why my subjects so cool. ahah well we shall see when the semester starts.

coincidentally bumped into teck wei and jia shen when i was heading to docklands. they were heading to msac for basketball.

then i walked around docklands for abit. spent $10.

$7 on this dress.

and another $3 on a pen from typo. have i mention i loveeeeee typo's stuff???? i wanna buy the whole shop!! )): kept picking up stuff then putting it back down because its not practical cause i don't really need it or use it.

or.. the ones i like is too expensive. like their canvas pictures of new york. and the collage of new york city too =/ wanted to buy this notebook but i know i will feel too mm seh dak to use it and just ended up keeping it in the drawer. so yea.. i just settled down with one cute blue hearts pen. hehe

i was done with docklands about 4? i was so bored that i went out to spencer street fashion station and sat at a comfy cushioned sofa and started youtubing and staring at people until like close to 6pm when they were about to close, i was kinda pushed to leave.

then migrated territory to melbourne central. sat under the clock while reading Mx. and also while waiting for teck wei and wei nian cause we were all heading to laksa king for dinner.

met up with the rest at newmarket station and off to dinner! 8 of us. laksa king was completely packed! we waited around half an hour for the table.. which was around 730 plus?

but... worth the wait. i haven't had laksa king since i got back to melbourne this year i think. and... i miss it!

dinner was done by 8 something. met yao yun on our way out. she was suppose to join us but she was over at great ocean road. so yea she came later with her friends. i hope she enjoyed great ocean road today!

got home by 920pm. and been stoning since. so tired but refuse to go to sleep. but yet refuse to start my assignment which is due tomorrow.. nouuuu.... =/ tho i can start and finish tomorrow anyhow.. hmm

i am having a wake up call at 12pm for me to wake and do my assignment. ahha

well.. i met up with kiat again today. mainly for lunch and hanging out on his last day in melbourne before he heads back to perth tomorrow morning.

late lunch again. i think by the time we ordered our food, it was like 4pm? more like early dinner.. haha and we had it at thai culinary on elizabeth street. right beside rose garden.

som tum as entree.

which was so good o... well i really liked it la. but was really spicy and sour but everything about it was good.

kiat's chicken panang curry with rice.

i personally love the kaffir lime leaves' smell in the curry. and it tasted good.

my spicy chicken spare ribs with rice.

this is nice. better than nam loong's one which i had a couple months back? here it is. it is sorta the same kind thus easier to be compared. and the rose garden one is a bit different but i think i kinda like this one at thai culinary much more. but... it was spicy! yet it was really tasty! =DD

nouu.. now what am i gonna love to eat in rose garden anymore apart from their mince chicken and eggplant? i kinda ruled out the omelette a few months back already cause it wasn't a hype to me like it used to and now i am ruling out their spicy chicken spare ribs too.. nouu ):

anyways lunch was really nice. i enjoyed the food. have i mentioned i love thai food? tho i am not a person with very high tolerance of spicy food which it makes me all fluey and sniffy nose and tissue papers and lots and lots of water, but i still love eating them. yea i am weird =P

lunch was kiat's treat. thank you! i thought it was suppose to be the other way around that i was suppose to treat the tourist instead.. hehe my badd..

then headed off to sensory lab on little collins which is this cafe that has a lab concept to it where its all about test tubes and round bottomed flask and all those stuff. apparently the coffee there is really good. one day i shall go back there and invade their menu further.

all we had was one mocha and hot chocolate to go. my treat this time. hehe then went into the new zara store cause he wanted to buy some perfume and i had my first tour around the zara store. hmm actually the prices are relatively okay. well not much of a difference with the ones back in malaysia. in terms of pricing. plus i always do have a thing for zara stuff just that it was kinda on the pricey side for me.. ):

after a wee bit of window shopping, we went to this place called charlton? well a place to play pool. to meet up with joey. sat there while the guys was playing pool and till about 630 i left. and was home by 715.

i am so tired right now. tho i wanna continue on with gilmore girls but unfortunately my episode 13 of season 7 isn't working so gotta redownload ):

i think i might head to bed early. have to be in uni tomorrow by 11pm to meet up with my coordinator. hmmm =/

ola (:

its been one rainy and wet and slightly on and off on whether is it sunny or gloomy day. classes were as usual.

but after classes i met up with yao yun for abit. was suppose to grab lunch but since she had already eaten, we headed over to harbour town instead. did a little bit of shopping and window shopping..

then i left to meet up with this long old friend of mine whom i have not met in i think 6 long years. he has been too busy in perth and every time he gets to melbourne i am either not here yet or back in malaysia.

oh man i miss the old tuition days where we were all like one happy small little family. well.. after 6 years, to the very least we didn't have those awkward moments where you know.. after so long of not meeting and talking, we wouldn't really click kinda thing. which is good (: i would say we bonded pretty fine after 6 years. HAHA!

so first went to oldtown for my late lunch. late i meant 3 something 4 ish lunch. haha!

nehhh roti boom no nice.. no no nice ): not sweet enough to my liking.

met his bro and his friends. and then realise how super small world it is and how everyone knows everybody somewhere somehow. cause one of his friends who we all had oldtown with, lyndy, whom i met her randomly together with ken on the bus yesterday when i was coming back from clayton. which happens to also be loong's SAM classmate. small world? indeed.

somewhere along the line i realised how people i just gotta know this year from swinburne who is from kuching happens to know kiat as well.. the world is getting smaller. and i don't know if this two, kiat and lyndy are popular or what? =P they keep bumping into people they know eventho the both of them don't study here. one from perth one from malaysia and both just on holidays.. hmm ((:

well anyways.. after lunch we went to max brenner to chill. just the three of us. till about 610pm i left cause had to come back for dinner.

you know.. its nice knowing new people and people that you feel comfortable talking to. i don't usually open up to someone new but apparently today i did. everyday is a new day for improvements =D

good day today.

back to classes tomorrow and that'll be it for the week. hmm laksa king thursday night.. and prolly movie this weekend. hmm... and back to gilmore girls.

yos!

i haven't been blogging for soooo long. and with quite some stuffs to be updating about. been in MA since wednesday and still is here. only going back tomorrow which i'll be heading to class from here.

soo.. what's been going on lately?

hmm... i got to MA on wednesday and headed out for movie at chaddy with teck wei, jia shen and gen.

x-men first class..

i liked it.

i enjoyed knowing how everything started and all that. its nice knowing. its those kind of movies which i really prefer watching in the cinema.

then dinner was maccas. hehe had double quarter pounder (:

after we got back from chaddy, had a mahjong session here in teck wei's room. which i was accused of cheating mahjong with teck wei. HAHA! i did not!

and..

i worked on thursday.. and have $137 pending on its way to get to my account soon. oooo i can't wait! my first earning in melbourne! ((:

woke up at 4 something in the morning cause we had to leave MA at 505am in order to catch the bus at 521am. i had to stay over here because from my place, there isn't any bus that allows me to reach the city before 615am.

met up with the supervisor at the corner of lonsdale and elizabeth street, and 7am we started our work. basically just standing at the bus stop, following those passengers who gets down from the bus and record down if they go towards the tram stops to hop on the tram. in short, i am doing a traffic survey which pays $19.50 an hour. yay! happiness!

was working along with teck wei and jia shen from 7am to 10am. then had 5 hours break.

and...

we went for transformers!

awesome!! i really liked it. i would say its on par with my impressions with the first one. i liked the first one cause of how everything started and all that. and this one was awesome! the fighting scene was good. but i really didn't like the second one tho..

hmmm.. the new girl, rosie huntington is hot! which made jia shen go all wahhhhh till like 20 minutes after we got out from the cinema. and josh duhamel as usual being hot! his always gonna be in my book. tho he didn't quite have an impact in this one. not as much as the first transformers.

after movie,

we went A1 for lunch.

then headed back to work from 3pm to 7pm. i tell you.. it was so so boring!!! simply cause no one got off the bus meaning no work for us bus we still gotta stand there and work. sien until we got so so tired. finally the 7pm came and we were like completely drained.

went to QV to get some groceries and then went to malvern and had dumplings with jia shen's bro and his girlfriend. this dumpling place at malvern is quite good ler.. i think i am gonna bring my mum there again when she gets here. cause i've heard horrible stuff about the place i used to bring my mum in the city to eat dumplings.

that night, i slept from like 11pm till 12pm the next day.

friday,

just stayed in and watched johnny english and kungfu panda 1 with teck wei. nothing really much.

dinner was yee mee in tom yum soup. yums!

bought some yee mee and some liu and a bottle of tom yum paste. easy and tasty!

saturday,

got up like 12 something again. and then checked my results which i passed everything!! me is so so happy!! hehehehe

then just lazed around. watched gilmore girls. which is what i do when i have free time. i am finishing up season 6 soon. i think by next weekend or so, season 7 will be done as well and that will be it for gilmore girls. ): i am loving the show...

dinner me and teck wei took a bus and went over to carnegie to meet up with jia shen for japanese.

i like it ler.. its salmon sashimi marinated with soy sauce on top of rice. hehe

then jia shen drove us back to MA and we had one mahjong session and then i was kinda craving for tong sui eventhough i had like some chocolate creamed oreo just right before i was asking for tong sui.

once the game was over, meaning i lost all my chips, we went to glen for tong sui.

my coconut taro with black glutinous rice. which is pulut hitam with yam in it. $7

sat there till about 10 plus then jia shen sent us back. and then the both of us went over to khai shien's room and kepo abit with his family. helped them get their stuffs to the cab because his father and sister are heading home and they were all going to the airport. done with that then watched somemore gilmore girls. slept pretty early last night. 130am?

woke up at 12 something again.. today.

watched some tvb drama and then cooked lunch and then lazed around and slept somemore and more gilmore girls and now i am just sitting here blogging while having my episode of gilmore girls at paused.

figured that i should really update so here i am.

that's it for me. the past couple of days really went by quick. hmmm.. soo.. i shall resume my show now.
