    Hellooooo!

Just started my one week holiday, yesterday! Woohoooo!! :DDD So glad to be having a break from uni. The only subject I've been enjoying is Italian where as the rest are the typical engineering subjects and its no fun at all. I blame myself for choosing this course at the beginning.. I am so not enjoying what I am doing. Seriously... =/

Aiya before I get all emo about my course.., happy thoughts.. happy thoughts!!

Since my holiday started yesterday, I would normally head over to the boyfriend's place straight but because I made shopping plans with aunty D, I postponed my visit to the bf's to today. HEHE shopping was more important in this case :P I see him every weekend anyways... seeing him one day later wouldn't make much of a difference considering I'll be here till next Sunday :D

Went shopping at highpoint shopping centre as they have a new development area with lots more shops and it looks really nice! Reminds me of chaddy and westfield doncaster combined. Looks classy and new and poshy! Totally different from how the old development looks like.

Basically it was more like exploring the new area and just window shopping. Topshop here is so expensive... =/ and Zara too.. ): Any brand with an average of $60 per piece is expensive to me.. I do admit I shop quite a fair bit sometimes, but at least in my defence, I rarely ever spend more $20 per item.. Ever. Unless absolutely necessary. Which is a good thing! *self proclaimed i know :P*

Had dinner @ highpoint's food court. It's laksa from laksa king! I reckon it is the best laksa in melbourne (:

Got back home slightly after 9pm and spent the rest of last night clearing up my room and facetiming with my mum.

Mum is on her way to the United States right now and so, yesterday night I was going through the shopping list I had for her. I have TOO MANY things that I want her to get! :D Especially a kate spade bag and anything from New York. If it was humanly possible, I would have asked her to bring back the whole New York City back for me.. )): I am like super jelly that she's going to spend at least 4 days there! I was suppose to tag along one lor... but the timing wasn't right.. )): SO SO SAD!!

One day, I tell you..., one day I WILL DEFINITELY GO TO NYC!!!! My ultimate dream and wish!!

Lets hope that mummy dearest will bring back tonnes of things for meeeee :P When it come to the states, I will get all excited for no reason one.. HEHE

Okok.. back to my shopping @ highpoint. I thought I wouldn't be buying anything but turns out who am I kidding lah.. Come on... I am me, and since when I will forgo bargains.. :|

Bought this maroon ribbed box pleat skater skirt from valleygirl for $10 :DD Love 'em!!

And these black spikey heels. Omg so nice and its only $10 and I couldn't resist! Comfy or not doesn't matter. Wear once or on short trips I also happy already! :P

My two buyings for myself and also bought a top for mum (: Not bad lah hor? I only spent $25 and another $5 on macarons :DD

My maxi dress from eBay for $11 include postage ((: So pretty! Pastel colours all over!! A tad bit too long so I gotta wait till I get back to Malaysia and have it altered. Alteration here very expensive leh.. But pretty hor this dress?!? Super love it!

Girls are always happy when it comes to buying things!

I don't know why but when I am in Malaysia for hols right.., I tend to not shop so much one leh.. Maybe because the price on the items seems so expensive because the figure is big. Here, I am always attracted to the $5, $10, $15 pricing and also the "take a further ..% off reduced price" tag. I always fall for it! Malaysia where got such thing.. unless you go to like wholesale places where you can still get clothes at RM10.

Hmm.. I am somewhat missing home abit. Hearing about all these deaths scares the shit out of me. Three pedestrian got buried by a huge brick wall collapsing due to the crazy melbourne wind yesterday. Two dead and one still critical and it scares me. Knowing that no one could predict whats coming your way next. Especially when I have my grandmother and grandfather to think about. Of course I would want them to live as long as ever but it'll never be possible.. =/ It is making me have this thought and need to wanna spend more time with my family as much as I could..

And also missing the bunch of friends!
The pose was an inside joke :P

I don't think I'll ever be able to find a greater bunch of people ever. I may find some that would be as great but I don't think would be any greater. So glad to have them through high school with me and to form these silent bonds between all of us. Everytime without fail, when I head home, these are the people I turn to. This picture may not have all of them in it, but they should know who they are. They are for life!

    And these girls..

A friendship that would go a lifetime. For sure. Genuine and loving.

I miss having girl sessions. I miss having Yao Yun in melbourne! Never missed anyone who went back so much.. How I usually just randomly call her or text her asking if she is free and that we could hang out. Mostly for food but food comforts me and so does she. I just miss having her within reach.. And Steph for always being there don't matter how little we talk to each other. It is almost like a silent thing that we have but also know that it is always there. And Jo, to knowing that I could always depend on her for saying the right thing and pointing me to the right path. I miss everything about them!

How I'd wish we were still the bunch of teenagers that didn't have to worry much about work and life. Without all these "grown up" stuff, we would be able to just sit there and do absolutely nothing the whole day and don't have to worry about who finishes work first or who could take leave or when is the best time to meet or not able to stay late due to work the next day or even worst, not meeting up at all cause there is work the next day or working in a different country... ): Aih.. I really miss them.. =/

I am almost close to having zero girl session here already. One by one everyone is leaving melbourne and leaving me here.. alone. Okla, not alone but figuratively. Yes I do have the bf, but I don't know... sometimes I just need someone other than the bf you know.. to talk about things that are more appropriate to share it with other than the bf =/

Yes.. I am getting emo-ed up a bit.. ): Time flies and everyone has gotta move on with life and as much as I hate to admit it, this is life. You won't always have these people in your life all the time because.. they have to go and live theirs too. LIFE. ...hmmm.. =|

Till next time! Hopefully I'll have a great holiday week and then, I'll be back to talk about it!

    Love,
    Shereena.

  2. All these dreams of places and love!

    Monday, March 25, 2013

Ciao, come stai? *Hello, how are you? in Italian*

I must say, I really do love the Italian language. Some say it is the language of love and some may disagree but generally the language itself is really beautiful. After reading a book last night about a girl's journey to Italy and how she was swept off her feet by an Italian stranger and fell deeply in love, plus having my Italian lecture this morning, I felt like everything and every detail that I've read about came to life.

I really feel like visiting these places and have an adventure of my own and speaking their beautiful language and getting to know the people there and it's culture and it's amazing food. Not sure when any of that will come true but I sure do want to dream about it and hopefully live through the adventure one day (: Imagined to walk around in a city filled with historical qualities and little alley ways with uneven bricks and tiles and stranger calling out to you "Ciao bella!"or on vespas gliding through the wind and just feel like you belong even for that split second. And not to mention eating pizza and pasta from where it came best!

Learning a new language is so fun! And did I mention I love the way the pronunciation of the Italian language? It never fails to excite me week after week (: And I am having a vocabulary test this Wednesday. I hope I do enjoy it!

So.. the weekend.., it was more like a Japanese weekend for me. Both of our meal that we ate out was japanese (: Well... if any of you know me well enough, I love lovee LOVE my japanese food!! So of course the past weekend was a great weekend to me :D

Spent the Friday indoors with the boyfriend. Caught up with runningman, slept, cooked my signature meehoon and then watched another movie and that was my friday.

Saturday, spent the beginning half of the day watching Arrow on his desktop and the comfy office chair and then decided to head out for dinner. It has been awhile since we did a dinner date together and I really didn't want to spend my weekends being stuck in MA for most of the time. So yeap.. decided to have Japanese dinner at Carnegie!

We went to Shyun simply because I wanted to :D It has been a really really long while since we went there and I was also craving for the good ol' japanese meal.. We got there about 620pm or so and it was already starting to fill up.

Could have gotten there 15 minutes earlier but we were too busy talking till we missed the stop and had to get down the next stop and take the train back again. Second time ever in my Melbourne life history that I actually missed a stop. First time was because I fell asleep and this time was because for some reason we decided to talk talk and I just very conveniently forgotten to look at where we were. Which is very unlike me tho.., because I am usually the one who looks out where we are and tell people to get off when we should. HEHE my bad!

Shyun used to be a rather small Japanese cafe on Koornang Rd in Carnegie and it is run by japanese peeps and literally almost everyone working in there were japanese that always greets you hello and goodbye and thank you in japanese. I suddenly couldn't remember what hello was but I do know what thank you is, "arigatou gozaimashita" :DD And they have this really friendly old japanese chef that smiles at you all the time and has this "I am really grateful for having you dining with us" kind of look and has a really cute way of preparing sushis.

And now since this place became more and more popular, whether it being amongst asians or aussie, they've extended the back of their shop to make more room for customers and even with the extension, they always have a queue outside for dinners on weekends.

And they also have a new advanced way of ordering. Which is to order through the iPad. I mean it isn't exactly advanced but didn't quite expect it from this little cafe tho..

We were on a splurging mission to order anything but with a budget of $25 each. Ok.. to some that may not be splurging but to us it was because we had plans for the next day as well. Which means can't use too much on one day and one meal.

The boyfriend ordered the Salmon Sashimi Don! The sashimi were really fresh! I was like super impressed by the boyfie cause he was never a raw fish/sashimi person before we got together and now, he finished the whole bowl to himself! And that made me proud for training him so well! Aiya... what can you expect, I totally totally love my salmon sashimi and orders it everytime we go for japanese food, so of course he would have to pick up the liking as well lah right :P

I ordered their Salmon Lover. It's a summer special. Vinegar-ed rice wrapped in salmon sashimi topped with salad, tempura salmon and salmon ikura and drenched with a special tasting sauce(that has sesame, soy sauce, wasabi and some idk what spicy mustard like sauce). It was seriously soooo good! All the salmon-y goodness!

We then ordered their Shyun Roll to share.

And ordered the homemade Japanese cheesecake! My favourite kind of cheesecake! Absolutely loveee japanese cheesecake, especially the Hokkaido ones!

We also ordered tamago sushi to share and the total bill came to $50. Ngam ngam $25 each :DD

Then we went over to Safeway for some grocery shopping and was then set to go back home and continue on with what we usually do on weekends. Him gaming, me ebaying, onlining, watching series, watching runningman, etc.

The sun disappearing sky taken from one side of Carnegie train station.

The road taken. Every weekend without fail, this is where I'll pass by.

    Sunday,

Woke up at noon sharp and got ready to head out for our movie date (: The both of us took a bus to Glen Waverley for lunch and movie. For now, I guess we will head over to glen for our movie sessions because the boyfriend is somehow entitled to watch movies at $10 each from Telstra(from his broadband internet) but only at Village Cinemas which the nearest one to clayton is at glen. Only for movies before 5pm and not valid on Saturdays but good enough for us! Waiting for G.I Joe and Iron Man 3! (:

But first, have to fill our tummy first before our 220pm movie :D

Headed over to Ajisen Ramen. Which was suggested by the bf altho he was never keen on soupy things with exception of SS15 pork noodles, pepper soup and bak kut teh, so yeah I was a little shock that he suggested it altho in my mind it was sorta screaming for Ramen when I laid my first sight on the shop :P

I've never had Ajisen Ramen in Malaysia and this would be my first time in aussie.

    His Tonkatsu Ramen.

    And my Paiku Ramen.

They were both good! The broth was really nice as well! One minor thing that I may not have like as much was there were too much cabbage in it... If there were slightly lesser, I may have wiped clean my bowl. But generally, I really enjoyed it and never expected it to taste like that.., never expected it to taste better than normal! $24 for two bowls. I have slowly love eating ramen and once in a while I really do crave for a good bowl of ramen and this was up to par (:

Then then after lunch, we went for our movie!

    So cute and funny!

The whole show was so colourful and I really enjoyed it! Some moments it even brought me to a slight tear and made me cling on tight to the boyfie <3 I also had a good time trying really hard to guess whose voices were behind the characters :DD

Was done with the movie in an hour and forty minutes and since there were still another half an hour to my train back to aunty D's, we went for Happy Cup! I love it when he already knows I want it and planned it in before heading back without me having to request it first :D

Shared a large cup of grape fruit tea with pearls and grape jelly (:

Then it was him sending me off to the train station and parted ways. He was gonna take a bus back to clayton and I took the train back into the city and then back to home. Don't matter how many times we've done this parting ways thing, every single time it stings me a little bit without fail. I always have this heavy heart of saying goodbye to him altho we both know that it is only a matter of 4 days till we see each other next..

On the bright side, this coming weekend is the Easter weekend and so I'll be spending time will him till next weekend because it is my easter/semester break! :DD

My outfit for the weekend! Love the pairing of a stripe maxi with a denim jacket! Also added a colourful pleated high waisted belt to add some life colours. And it fits right in with the current autumn weather! :)

That was my very nice weekend!

Oh oh and Ellen Degeneres is in Melbourne and having a show outdoor tomorrow at the Birrarung Marr Park (The one where moomba is held at, the one behind fed square) and I really do feel like going but going alone and squeeze with thousands of people sounds daunting... =/ I guess I have to forgo then.. ): Sobs..

    Anyhoos,

Now off to indulging myself into the italian language and buck up on my vocabulary for my test on wednesday (: And then to reading more books on my iPad before I go to bed! I am literally hooked on reading books with the iPad :D

Ciao belli ragazzi e belle ragazze! *Bye nice guys and girls!*

    con amore,
    shereena.

    Hey ya'll :D

I am done with two seasons of Suits. Patiently waiting for the upcoming season which will only be aired in July.. I hate to wait for new seasons. Especially that I am up to date with all the series I've been up to, it just doesn't feel as fun anymore to not being able to watch episodes back to back because you've already watched it all. It sucks. And it leaves me more time to do other stuffs.. What stuffs..? I'll figure that out soon enough :P

So, the past weekend was boring. All I did was watching Suits, eating and sleeping more than half of the time. Yes, I do think I sleep too much but I couldn't help it. Especially now with the article speculating around about how women needs to sleep more. The boyfriend has been complaining about my sleeping pattern and now, maybe I could use this article printed in the newspaper on him :D

Okay let's rewind back to Friday,

Since fernie was gonna leave back to Malaysia on Friday night, meeting him up for food is a must. And since I've already took him to brunch(altho it wasn't really brunch because it didn't involve any eggs, I still would like to call it brunch), to American/Aussie styled burger, we had Mexican food once, Korean the other day, had Rose Garden sometime back, for bagels, middle-eastern styled kebab platters and this time I suggested Spanish (:

Plans were made between me, cherly and fernie. After all I do not have classes on fridays and I haven't had paella in a long while. And it worked out perfectly. Met up with the both of them at South Melbourne Market as Simply Spanish is located on the Cecil St side of the market.

A decent spanish place that doesn't over charge. And is up on standard (((: My goto place for Spanish food.

Both me and cherly ordered their seafood paella. At $13.50 per plate.

And fernie ordered their mushroom with smoked something? and prosciutto on the top. Pricier but awesome altho it tasted more like a good risotto than a paella. I think it was $19.50?

Sat there chit chatted and then had a spontaneous idea to go for dessert or I would say, cakes. And Chez Dre is just nearby plus they serve good cakes and fernie hasn't been so of course we went there :D

We sitted ourselves at the courtyard and it was nice sitting outside, enjoying the breeze and the sounds of formula one cars in a distance.

Fernie! See you in a couple of months!

This was subtle-y goodness! Green Tea, Mango and Black Sesame (: Layers of mango jelly, white chocolate creme, black sesame brulee wrapped in green tea mousse. AWESOME!

The classic blueberry cheesecake at it's top notch! ((: Lemon curd and blueberry compote smack right in the middle and covered with cream cheese mousse :D

These two cakes are from their current menu and it was really good! Initially I wanted to go back for the dome apricot cake but.. unfortunately it has been taken off the menu ): On the brightside, these cakes was a total tastebud opener!

Yeap.. it deserves a clean shave!

Parted ways with fernie at south melbourne... ): Since he stays nearby and he has to go back and pack for his trip back home. It was nice having a friendly visitor from home (: And I do hope he enjoyed his trip! And of course my.. I mean OUR company :D

Then went over to spencer street's fashion shops to just see see look look with cherly. Most of the shops there have already closed down. And before, one of the reasons why I always go there is because there was a Forever New clearance store. But now, it's goneeeeee... ): No more getting cheap cheaaaap bargains from there anymore. Sho sadd ):

After walking for an hour, we left back for home. Well cherly left back for home and I went over to the boyfriend's :D

And the rest of the night was just staying in with the bf, cooked tom yum yee mee for dinner while watching the latest runningman episode for the week (:

Saturday we went out for lunch and grocery shopping and the rest of the day was just me sleeping and us ordering 3 pizzas for dinner.

Sunday I was suppose to head home but the weather wasn't promising so I stayed another night. And for dinner, I oven baked some chicken wings and we had leftover pizzas as well.

My chicken wings was awesome! :D There charring was inevitable tho.. And it could have been alot alot better if I marinated it first but it tasted really goooood. On the outside only tho cause I didn't marinate it earlier so there wasn't much taste on the inside. It was still good anyhows. The boyfriend loved it! And hearing him call me awesome for it(altho I forced him into saying I am awesome because it tasted awesome.., but thats not the point :P), it made me super happy! Honey barbecue sauced chicken wings! :D

Uni for the next three days including today was just normal. Apart from me enjoying Italian more, nothing exciting happened or anything worth documenting.

Altho I did make a healthy lunch yesterday :D

A bowl of cold brown rice - leftover from the night before
Two slices of smoked ocean trout
    One roma tomato
A handful of baby rocket leaves
A can of salmon in lemon and cracked pepper dressing
Season to taste with salt and pepper

Just toss everything together and voila! Healthy and super tasty lunch! :D I don't normally do healthy food because honestly I eat very unhealthily and never gives a crap about maintaining healthy lifestyle bla bla bla.. but.. this tasted good. And for me, food consumed has to taste good!

Tomorrow, back to uni. Good thing about it, it is the last day for the week ((: And then heading over to the bf's and the cycle repeats itself again. One week just passes by so quickly. Before I even felt like I did anything productive, the week has already ended. Hmmm...

Ok.. off to preparing for a lab tomorrow while skyping with the bf. Tho I'll be seeing him in a day, there isn't such thing as "I have talked to him enough" :P

Ending the post with my new iphone covers! Totally love the moustache. Have been secretly loving it... I am now waiting on my moustache watch to come in the mail :D Ebay does it cheap! I got these for $3 for two!

    Ciao peeps! Arrivederci!

    Love,
    sher xoxo.

  4. Hey! I iz back for an update on how the week went (: Fairly enjoyable I would say. Had some great company, good food, made some new friends and I am enjoying my italian class. Learning a new language is rather fun! Altho the italian grammar is tricky, I quite enjoy the fact that this new language is starting to sink into me (:

    The weekends.. :D

Saturday night, we had dinner plans with audrey and wei ping. We as in both the boyfriend and me. Went for some pretty awesome Korean BBQ dinner but the not so nice part was the heat. It was already high 30s outside and inside the restaurant was equally as bad. Thanks to all the grilling and heating and stuff. At least the awesome food made is somewhat worth it! (: It was nice catching up with the girls! After not seeing them for like two months. But... I am really sad that wei ping is leaving.. ): So not fun.. ):

After dinner, we parted ways and headed for a little bubble tea session with wei nian and tek yit. On such a hot night, cold drinks turned to room temperature in a snap. Everything feels sticky and stale. Just totally not my kind of weather. But at least the bf had a nice conversation with nian and the little get together was nice (:

    Sunday,

Had brunch plans with the bf's high schoolmate and her boyfriend. Had never met her prior to that morning so it was more about meeting someone new and someone whom you're comfortable talking to altho it is just the first day that you've met them :D And knowing a friend from the bf's life makes me feel good in some way because it feels like I am interacting into his life and getting to know his friends is supposedly good and healthy? HAHA!

So yeapp.. we headed down to the city from monash bus loop to seven seeds. His friend fancies coffee and well... Seven Seeds is voted the best coffee place in Melbourne last year I think? So why not head to the best there is right? (:

Settled down with a cup of mocha but heavy on the chocolate for me. I am no fan of coffee but mocha and lots of chocolate taste pretty good! :D

Our food. The four of us ordered the same thing in doubles. But... I have to say thou, the brunch at Seven Seeds is somewhat a let down. Personally I didn't really like my meal at all. There are way better brunch places out there and serves decent coffee. So yeah.. It looks good but tasted mehh only.

Qian Hui and Joe Jin (: seriously cute and friendly peeps!

    Me and the boyfie

We sat there chit chatting for quite sometime and the topics went from food to each others lives and stuff. It is always nice to hear about people's experiences and different views of different field of study and how it pens out that makes one's life work out the way they do.

After brunch, we headed over to the Moomba festival which was a total pain on the skin. It was so SO HOT! I hated the heat so much last weekend. I was literally in "pull hair moments" almost every second of the time. It was just so so bad! Therefore Moomba was nothing but heat and heat and dust everywhere. I didn't enjoy any of it..

Then, we took a train to Glenferrie where my uni is cause Joe Jin wanted to have a look at the crumpler sale that was located nearby my uni, on glenferrie road. Spent sometime lingering around the place and then decided to head back to clayton after that.

But since the heat was so bad, going back to the boyfriend's place would be a totally bad idea because his room is just simply almost unbearable in summer heat. So... the both of us decided to go and catch and movie and stay indoors with air conditioning.

And so, we took a bus to glen waverley and went for Oz The Great and The Powerful. Paid $15.50 just to escape the heat and hoping for a good movie BUT the movie was a total letdown!! Like so so so bad!!! Nothing nice about it.. All the nice part was already in the trailer and it was a waste of money... ): Felt so sad and cheated after the movie so I decided to give ourselves a treat!

Went for some deluxe fries @ Pancake Parlour. It was so yums!! The bf being a total sucker for anything potato, went almost to heaven eating this (: It was our first time having it and I can assure that it will not be our last ((: It was so sinfully gooooooood!

Monday, back to uni for classes. But because that night itself we were having a S9 gathering, I decided to extend my stay at the bf's so that I could have the night till late with them. As khai shien was leaving soon (or I would say.. left already), we decided to have a last gathering with him in Melbourne.

    Had it @ Oriental Spoon.

The S9s in Melbourne! Minus ferns.. he just tagged along cause he is the visitor and he is suppose to crash parties. HAHAHA! just kidding fernie.. :D

Soon we will be losing another member. Khai shien left on wednesday and wei ping is leaving by the end of april.. ): Feeling sad that we are slowly decreasing our numbers. In fact, I am slowly decreasing my number of friends here in Melbourne.. ))):

Tuesday, went to uni for one class and then met up with ferns and teck wei for lunch. I promised ferns to take him to eat good burgers and so.. I took him to Huxtaburger. It is either Andrews Burger or huxta but since it was also a hot hot day, going for andrews burger would be a pain because they don't have any seating in the shop which means you gotta take away and eat it on a bench nearby or something. Which is totally not for hot days.. so yeap Huxtaburger it was then.

The bf and ferns both ordered the Theo.

And I ordered the Bills. The only difference was that mine has only one pattie instead of two that they were having and mine had an egg, a slice or beetroot and pineapple extra compared to theirs. And seriously... it was so good!!! Goooooooood food man!

After lunch was to the Australian Immigration department cause the bf needed to settle some of his visa stuff and the three of us ended up waiting for the turn for almost two hours... We sat there and literally did nothing. By the time we were done it was close to 5pm. And had no intentions on going for dinner anytime soon so we parted ways and headed home.

I was suppose to head home to aunty D's but I postponed it for another day and went back to clayton with the boyfie. Dinner ended up to be Nando's. A whole chicken and one large side for the both of us (:

Wednesday/Yesterday, went for uni and had a three hour break soo.. I got the bf to come over to uni and have lunch with me. We had never done this lunch break thing before because last time, he would be busy in classes in clayton and it was never right to come all the way to hawthorn to eat with me. So yeah.. now, I took the opportunity of him being free to come and have lunch with me (:

At least I won't be always eating lunches by myself. At least I could say he came to eat with me once? :D

We went for japanese food. Samurai, a small little japanese cafe on glenferrie road that serves pretty decent japanese food in terms of quality and price. I generally enjoy the food there.

The bf ordered their sushi bento box. $12.50

Where as I ordered a dinner box that came with a couple of things..,

    A bowl of miso soup.

    Marinated fried chicken as entree.

Chicken Curry Katsu as my main.

And also had a can of drink. All of that for $15. Sounds reasonable eh? :D

Our meal (: Lunch date with the bf!

And since it was a three hour break, we still had some time to spare before my next class. So.. we went to a student lounge area in my uni and continued on watching Balls of Fury. We watched half of it two nights ago and finished it then. At 430pm, I went for my computer lab class while he went on to the city to chill with wei nian because they were gonna have dinner together.

After some juggling of plans, I ended up tagging along with them for dinner as well. There was me, teck wei, wei nian, qian hui and jia shen. We settled for Rose Garden for dinner! It was more like a catching up with qian hui cause she is only going to be here until the end of april. Nian and tw used to be classmates with her and jia shen happens to know her too.

So yeah I was just tagging along for dinner.. for some spicy chicken ribs heheh (: After dinner we went for some dessert at Meet Fresh and then about 9 ish I headed for home. Yeap this time, I headed back to Aunty D's. HEHE

Today, was only in uni for a short class and then came back home and have been hooked on Suits since. I've been asked several times if I was watching and also have been told that it is good so I decided to pick it up. A fresh series and somewhat good looking guys are sorta my thing anyways.. :P

On a sad note, I received a news today regarding a passing of a high schoolmate. It just doesn't feel right. In fact, it feels rather weird and so sad. Although I've never really took the time to know him, but the fact is we were once in the same class. And now knowing that this person who once had walk into my life regardless of how insignificant he was at that time, his passing would still make an impact to people. To me, I feel nothing but sadness and regret on how I used to shallowly judged him for the way he acted before. Now, he is merely going to be a memory to others and never able to serve others in ways that he had planned for his future as a lawyer. Life is a very short road and it is one road that you'll never know what callings are heading your way. Rest in peace, my fellow schoolmate.

Well.. whatever it is, life goes on, and preferably and supposedly to be lived to its fullest.

The weekend starts tomorrow for me. And so, I'll be meeting ferns and cherly for brunch as ferns is heading back to Malaysia tomorrow night already and then I'll be heading over to the bf's for the weekend.

That's all for now! Moving onto another episode of Suits. Ciao! (:

    With love,
    shereena.
